3CX Phone System Multi Tenant opens up the market for 3CX Partners as it allows them to host 3CX Phone System for smaller companies who don’t want their own dedicated server. As 3CX Partners can host up to ten instances of 3CX Phone System on a single server, it is cost effective with savings made on additional hardware costs and Windows licenses. Having just one server for ten instances also greatly reduces the time spent on Windows administration and management.

Retain Control of Customers

3CX Partners do not need to give up control of their customers when working with a 3rd party hosting company as with 3CX Phone System Multi Tenant Partners host their customers’ PBX themselves. Some 3rd party companies could previously take control of customer accounts without any need for the 3CX Partner in the picture.

3CX Partners can license each tenant individually, depending on the edition (Mini, Small, Business or Pro) the customer requires. 3CX resellers can upgrade the individual tenant license to include additional 3CX modules such as the 3CX Call Center Module. 3CX Phone System Multi Tenant also allows for easy backup and restoration of each individual PBX without affecting any other tenants.
